Yitzhak Rabin Park covers an area of around 15,000 dunam (approx 3,750 acres) in the Shaar HaGai (“Valley Gate”) area from Nahshon and Bekoa in the west to the Jerusalem Breakthrough Memorial near the Shoresh Interchange in the east. The park includes areas of varied woodland together with historical and archeological sites that testify to continuous Jewish settlement in the area since Biblical times.
