Beit She’an is one of the oldest cities in Israel and is mentioned in the Bible.

The city is a northern historical gem that tells a fascinating story of a period full of history, culminating in the Beit She’an National Park in the north of the city and one of the most beautiful and impressive gardens in Israel. In the area of the new Beit She’an, other remains were found, including a Roman amphitheater, a two-story building from the Byzantine period, and remains of a bridge from the Roman period on Nahal Harod, which flows along the city’s outskirts.
