Beit Lehem Haglilit (Bethlehem of Galilee), is a picturesque colony on the edge of the Jezreel Valley in the Galilee. The rural moshav was a German Templar village that was exceptionally preserved and characterized by ancient stone houses, European architectural style from the last century and a magical view of Alonim (Oak) Forest.

Some of the families still make their living from agriculture, some from agricultural technological systems, and some from business and tourism.

Events & Attractions:
A tour of the village reveals that most of the houses in the German Colony remain, large trees glorify the courtyards, and most of its residents now engage in tourism and offer guest houses and spa services, restaurants and cafes.

In the village, you can also visit art galleries, a spice farm that includes a visitor center and an olive oil boutique, boutique winery, a swimming pool, a technological milking facility, and self-picking attractions.

For enthusiasts the outdoors and extreme sports, there are bicycle trips and guided jeep tours.

The moshav is located in magical Alonim Hills, with ancient giant trees that were preserved thanks to the Templars who opposed the the Turks cutting down old-growth forests. Among the oak trees, birch trees bloom in the winter in a variety of colors, cyclamens, anemone bulbs, and other flowers make a colorful carpet around the area. Not far from there are the Zippori Stream, the Alonei Aba Nature Reserve, and Beit Shearim.
