Mt Grizim is an archaeological tourism site under the management of the Judea and Samaria Civil Administration, and operated by the Nature and Parks Authority. The site covers an area of around 100 acres, containing the remains of a city from the Persian and Hellenistic periods, the ancient Samaritan Precinct, and the remains of a Byzantine site.
