Information and Review of the Tel – Shocha Givat Haturmusim

Walking and climbing to the top of the hill, which reaches 347 meters above sea level, you’ll be able to see ancient remains scattered around it, collapsed houses, mosaic floors, agricultural installations, caves, and pits.
These are the remains from different periods of the ancient city of Sokho. Nowadays, the hill is covered in colorful Lupines that bloom from the middle of February to the middle of March, which is why it is called Lupins Hill.

How to get there?
Route 38 – Sha’ar Hagai – Beit Guvrin, drive to HaEla Junction, turn east to Route 375 and continue for 2.5 kilometers until the first turn to the right on a dirt path to a parking lot.
