Information and Review of the Haifa Educational Zoo
The zoo, founded in 1948, is located in the garden and it is the oldest zoo in the country.
Cages and huge gardens allow you to experience the occupants’ natural habitat.
You can see the Hyrax, a kind of weasel, stand as she leans on her tail, the Syrian brown bear is one of the largest in the country, the lemurs, that look like apes but are not, and birds of prey.
