The name of the beach is named after a small and very common fish in the Sea of Galilee, “Lavnun of the Kinneret.”
It is an excellent beach for a picnic, with extensive green lawns that are well maintained and tidy. The beach is blessed with beautiful river pebbles, so make sure you have the right footwear.
There are BBQ corners arranged along the beach. Lavnun Beach is known as a spot for dancing and parties for young people.
