Monitoring the population of eagles in and other birds passing through Gamla extends almost throughout the year. Birds of prey such as short-toed snake eagles, eagle hawks, long-legged buzzard and, of course, a variety of songbirds and waterfowl are monitored.
The reserve also focus on tracking birds, marking them and the study of their dynamics. Telemetric monitoring conducted in the reserve also helps us keep track of the Eagles and make sure their health is ok.
